The car buying experience has always been a long frustrating process. We went to a car lot before Stoops and it was a nightmare. My daughter was sad and frustrated after leaving so I suggested we go to Stoops and I am glad we did. When we pulled up Jesus was out front and came over to assist us. I told him what I had for a down payment, my budget, and what my scores were. After showing my daughter several options she opted for the Hyundai. We went inside to take my application and I told my daughter to be prepared to be there for hours. Well I guess the joke was on me because it took me longer to add the car to my insurance than it did to get to the contract. Everybody was Uber nice and very professional. We were in and out in just under 1.5 hours. I want to thank Jesus and the Stoop family for making me look like a champ to my daughter. No matter what you do if you need a car from a dealership that makes you the customer their number 1 priority than you have to visit Stoops.
Outstanding dealership! Bought my truck smoothly and seamlessly through Dale, and nearly immediately followed up the purchase with a repair covered under the extended warranty I purchased. Service department, though not the fastest, was quite competent and helpful! Trucks failed fuel pump was replaced and back on the road within 3 days. Special thanks to my salesman Dale and the service manager Kevin! Will most certainly come back here again and spread the good word of excellent service and one of the cleanest small dealerships I have seen. Big dealer offerings with small business hospitality, care, and integrity!
